How much credit is given to an 8-2 start?

Probably a little but I wouldn't say a lot.

It sounds like he's been thinking about this for a long time and I kind of doubt that 10 games would have caused a complete flip.

I'd say it was more likely just the tipping point.

Great news, it will be interesting to see how he fits in with the team.
(read: who will become REALLY expandable now on foward)

I wish I could write something sarcastic and/or facetious about the news without sounding like I am throlling....

nope can't do it

on another note.....I read a lot of comments about people wanting a trade for a goalie. What is wrong with what we have now? Was Glover that much better than Myles and Mumaugh last year at the same point in the season? (I don't think so) And he still looked like a stud in the playoffs...

A couple updates to this

http://islandsportsnews.net/component/content/article/9-bchl/9804-ryan-gropp-moves-on-to-whl

In this article, "Unfortunately Ryan did not get off to the start everyone expected this season, hence possibly affecting his long term goals. After a few discussions with Ryan and his family, we came to the conclusion it would be best for Ryan to change directions and move on to the WHL."

This article makes it sound like it was Penticton's idea he leave and come to Seattle. Very interesting thought. I kind of douvt it was their idea. They may have helped it.

Regarding Penticton's view on the matter... Is it like when USHL's Green Bay "traded" Connor Honey to the T-Birds? :)

Ha, Barzal and Gropp both sign, Tbirds are doing pretty well...what will we have left to bitch about!?!

I suppose they're still not serving pizza at ShoWare, so there's still that, I suppose.

Who goes, Folk or Eansor both no points and both -4.

With Honey now being listed
Injured - Week to Week

I would assume everyone is kept and there is a little rotation. Hopefully they can get some of the kids going like Eansor or Folk so if they do find themselves needing to make a deal they can get something in return. Personally I would like them to keep them all and get them all going so future injuries don't leave us short.

We wont need to get rid of anyone. Sending home Fordyce and Pederson left us with an open spot for Gropp.

Looks like getting rated went to their heads tonight.

The T-Birds were due for a lost. Let us see how they put the domination behind them.

loss----and I don't think they dominated in very many games. Must have looked at Kamloops 3-7 record.
Can't play 5 minutes and expect to win against many teams.
