I have my own game tonight at 8:10 at the Kent Valley Ice Center... about a stone's throw from Showare Center. As a result I'm only going to be able to catch the first period of tonight's game.
I'll throw this thread up for people to discuss and comment before, during or after the game.

The only bright spot last night was seeing Cotton in goal, the future looks bright for our goaltending! I felt bad for him. Once again our goalie had nothing in front of him. Wake up team! You do this vs Everett and it's going to get embarrassing!
I thought the Birds played a great first period. They looked tired in the second and third though, looked like some heavy legs out there. Perhaps all the work they did on the penalty kill early on.
Agree with first comment, Cotton played great, it is too bad we did not give him any support on offense, (2) 5 on 3 PP's and nothing. These are the games you have to win, Brandon coming out all the west and they beat us bad, hopefully we learn from a game like this.
