Tyler Hunnex - I started/founded/began Let's Go Birds in September of 2007 after feeling like my favorite Junior Hockey team needed more discussion and analysis. I'm statistically minded, forever frustrated by the Tbirds and my all-time favorite player was #10. I think I'm funny and my writing would probably disagree. Follow me on Twitter @TylerHunnex.
Jon Whiting - Jon joined the Let's Go Birds team in the summer of 2013. His passion for the Thunderbirds is as big as any fan I've ever met. His two kids are named after former Tbirds and his favorite all-time players were Patrick Marleau and Olaf "Ole" Kjenstad, who he swears is the best pure scoring Tbird ever.

Did you see the Tri Cities goalie (Alexander Pechurskiy)for this game was called up to pay for Pittsburgh Penguins in Vancouver? The two starting goalies were out and the back up got shelled. They brought in Alexander early in the 2nd period and he did pretty well. He was brought up on a one game try out. He had played with Malkin and was on the phone with him (According to the reports) when someone from the Pens overheard and brought himup to sit on the bench to be an emergency type back up. The emergency was the starting goalie gave up 5 goals in 14 shots. Alexander stopped 12 of 13. Nice to see a WHL goalie doing well. http://penguins.nhl.com/club/recap.htm?id=2009020718
